Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. Every quote is free and without obligation. We visit your property, measure up, talk through materials and designs, and then send a clear written quote with a timeline.
How much does a new driveway or patio cost?
The price depends on the size of the area, the material you choose, how much excavation and drainage is needed, and how complex the design is. Because every site is different, we price each job after a free site visit, so you get an accurate, itemised quote rather than a rough guess.
How long does installation take?
A typical driveway takes 3–5 days and a typical patio takes 2–4 days. Larger landscaping projects take longer. We give you a clear timeline in your quote and keep you updated as the work progresses.
Do I need planning permission for a new driveway?
Usually not. In England, you only need planning permission for a new front driveway if it is over 5 square metres and uses a non-permeable surface that drains onto the road. Permeable paving, resin bound surfaces, or drainage into a soakaway or lawn avoid this. We will advise on what applies to your property.
What is the most durable driveway material?
Block paving is one of the most durable and repairable driveway materials, because damaged blocks can be lifted and replaced individually. Resin bound surfaces and tarmac are also hard-wearing. The right choice depends on your budget, the look you want and how much maintenance you are happy with.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Every project is carried out by our own team, led by Ori, from the first dig to the final clean-up. That is how we keep standards and communication consistent.
Are you insured and do you guarantee your work?
Yes. We carry public liability insurance on every project, and all our installations come with a workmanship guarantee.
Can I customise my driveway or patio design?
Yes. You can choose the material, colour, laying pattern, borders and features such as circles, steps or curved edges. We help you design something that suits your property and budget.
How do I maintain a new driveway or patio?
Sweep regularly and jet wash occasionally on a low setting. Block paving may need its joints topped up with kiln-dried sand over time, and some surfaces benefit from periodic sealing. We give you aftercare guidance for your specific material when the job is finished.
